By using ReceiptKit, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Service Use

You may use ReceiptKit only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You are responsible for account security, API key handling, and activity under your account.

Billing and Plans

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and usage terms shown in the dashboard or on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of your templates and receipt data. You grant ReceiptKit a limited license to host, process, and transmit this data solely to provide the service.

Availability and Changes

We may update features and APIs over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReceiptKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security reasons.
